Sugar Creek Ranch (3 Days) -- Jeff Franzini will be hosting this “on your own” trip. The ranch’s cold, gin-clear water provides ideal habitat for the large rainbow trout that call these lakes home. Sugar Creek itself winds through the property. Set at 3,000 feet, the climate and fishing are simply majestic during the spring. Sugar Creek Ranch is also accessible to the delightful Shasta and Scott rivers of Siskiyou County. Private water--about $150 per day. Primitive camping is available as well as a cabin to share.
